  My experience was amazing I learned a lot I even got to attend a chef class for a few months I learned different ways to cook and I also learned how work with a team all of the teachers were amazing

  In Dr. Henson class I’ve learned about waste things I didn’t know about why a restaurant would put half a cheese on a sandwich was to save money . I didn’t know I was doing it wrong putting a whole slice of cheese . I also learned more with being in his class. Dr. Henson will tach you everything you need to know about even about management. Thank you Dr. Henson

  Through my completion of Lean Six Sigma, I gained valuable knowledge that made it an excellent learning experience. The course allowed me to comprehend the efficiency and problem-solving, and how those methods are beneficial in our daily living and professional life too

  It was indeed a pleasure participating in the Lean Six Sigma class with Dr. Derek Henson has been an incredibly valuable experience. The course provided me with practical tools and strategies for process improvement that I can apply immediately in both my current role and future leadership opportunities.
